Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding national holidays, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We offer free shipping through USPS First Class / Priority Mail, valid for the US only.

While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you require your order by a specific date, kindly reach out to us before placing your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

• Delivery Safety

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund custom orders of any kind. Our return policy is only valid for 30 days, after which we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been processed, we cannot change the delivery address, and we will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout.
